According to NWPC, workers who will report for work on November 1, 2013 (All Saints Day) and on November 2, 2013 (All Souls' Day are entitled to receive an additional 30 percent on top of their daily rate.All workers who will render more than eight hours of work or those who decide for overtime will get another 30 percent or a total of 160 percent. For those who supposed to enjoy a rest day or day-off but are required to work on November 1 and 2, they will get an additional 50 percent for the first eight hours of work and another 30 percent in overtime.
All workers who will work on November 1 and November 2 special non-working holidays, the no-work, no-pay rule will be applied for the two special non-working holidays.
